Maybe just a little to much, and wanted to do something about it. After reading your comment again, I see I was wrong about you. I'm very sorry, and hope we can still be friends. I would also understand, if you unsubscribe to me too. Being a subscriber or not, doesn't matter much to me. But hurnting your feels does. when one sees a video here that comes from say a viacom show, like the colbert report, do you believe that increases revenue for comedy central? because that's how i found youtube, and you know what i said the next time i wanted to watch some colbert...'let's go to youtube!' And youtube makes a chunk of money off the advertising that happens on this site, proof of that is in the talk that youtube is in negotiation to pay a small amount to certain individuals who post here often (the first time I have ever heard of a company trying to share the wealth with the people that helped get them there)...make no mistake about it, my hippy-fied friend, this battle is about the all mighty dollar and nothing more. viacom and some others are only trying to jump on a train that left the station long ago...but here's the catch, the actually own some of the wheels on that train. Who could do anything about it?

The thing is that it's not just entire shows they take off. It's clips. If you want to share a clip you found funny and all it does is direct people back to the source then you are doing nothing but increasing thier revenue. They are doing this for one reason and one reason only, to create traffic on their new website. We already have a source of videos here. I don't want to have to search two three or four websites for a video.
