BLUR
ok... here it is
1. draw what you want to blur
2. select it with the selection tool(if theres more you want hold shift and click)
3. right click and click the "convert to symbol"
4. name it and make sure its a movie clip!!!
5. click ok...
6. now click it and go to where it says properties click "filter"
7.click the add sign and click blur
8.and enjoy :D
