Thanks for commenting and watching, there's just one last thing I want to point out since you're the only YouTube staff member I found to be so greatly supportive!

Since I'm not yet 18, I must use my mother's account to apply for a partnership. And I did! I made my mom open her own account under the name "irynaber". I successfully linked my account to hers and applied for the program about a month ago using her account.

The only problem at this point is that since I applied, I never got an answer! usually when I apply with my other account the YouTube staff refuses and I have to wait 2 additional months but with this one it seems as they're not taking my application into consideration because my mom's account obviously has 0 subscribers and therefore they don't consider it!

Is there a way to solve this issue?

he was Timecop. He was checking his date checker to make sure he was in the right time, then he was searching the audience for the criminal. You had to see the movie, I suppose

Would you happen to have a video of the strange cop guy? He was called tech sergeant-something and was number 7 or so. When he went on stage he basically just walked around and pointed his gun at the audience. It was very funny in a disturbing way.
