This is an absurd argument by Dawkins. It could equally be said, "You are only an atheist because you were born in the Soviet Union!" to a person who grew up under Leninism. The demographics of belief (or disbelief) is not a proof of its validity.

I do not understand how doctors can keep blaming lack of exercise and overeating. If that was truly the root of the problem then why are there naturally lean people who consistently 'overeat' and 'under-exercise'? Are these people less gluttonous? Are they more responsible?
