Thanks for visiting my channel. I love watching Youtube, anything from science to the unknown. Also I love watching instructional fitness videos, love to see many different techniques out there. I workout 4-6 days a week at home with free-weights and aerobic exercises. I do have some fat at lower abdominal though. If you have some tips for me to lose that fats, I would greatly appreciate it.
