Second, follow these exact steps in the exact order:
1. Shave your head to near bald. If your hair hasn't already started to fall out then it will. If your hair has already started to fall out, it's still not too late, shave it now and throw the hair away, outside your apartment/house ASAP.

3. Take an extremely HOT shower after you SHAVE your head to near bald. The water must be the hottest you can stand, don't be weak, MORGELLONS CANT STAND HOT WATER AND THEY WILL COME OFF YOUR TOP LAYER IN THE SHOWER. Then turn off the water to Use 1 bottle to shampoo your scalp with and massage into your skin as best you can, ALL over - everwhere you have skin - even your feet and inner ears. Then Rinse it off after 5-10 mins. Make 100% sure the water drains well so it is NOT a bath. Dry with a towel that you will throw away.
