It seems that, if she is doing something with one club, the other is still or twirled as an afterthought and only for part of the time the thrown club is in the air (it is more evident in the qualifying routine).

I get that these people are amazing singers. But honestly, 1:50 was terrible in comparison to the original. The Glee singers aren't good at clear sustained notes. This just isn't their style.
