@AznDarknessMs It's a quest where you can do at Level 18, any job, taken from your "Explorer" 1st job instructor (Warrior= Dances with Balrog, Magician= ...blah...blah). When you get to level 18 you do that quest to get an Owl-like Helm with 10 upgrade available and Stronger that any other helmet...
