That's a Cold Steel Trail Hawk and a Condor Hudson Bay! at 5:15. I own both of those. They server similar functions. I prefer the Trail Hawk (paired with a sierra saw and a Mora Classic # 2 laminated blade). The Hudson Bay is cool, though. I gave it a convex edge and now it's a good chopper.
