There can be a few reasons for the feelings your describe: too much salt in the diet ( does not have to be added Salt, can be high sodium content foods) a lot of citrus, or overindulgence in the nightshade family of vegetables ( tomatoes, brown skin potatoes, eggplant, bell peppers). Salt dehydrates, and the citrus and nightshades make for a more acidic condition in the body, which can also lead to what you describe.

Hi, I saw your video on TMJ problems and thought it was great. I would like to ask you if you have come across people who wkae up with stiff joints in their hands which will mostly go away after getting up and going about daily life but first things they are painful to move. It is as though all of the lubrication has moved out of them during sleep. This problem came on for me bi-laterlally suddenly a year ago and I have been siuffering ever since. Any thoughts please?

Please do subscribe. I have been remiss on making new videos, life has been busy. I will be getting new info out, so everyone please be patient with me. Also, i get several emails a week regarding my DVD for sale: it is Not just a DVD of the stretches here on YouTube. The DVD has different information and routines. I still have a bunch left, you can order them at my website, howtostretch.com.
