About this user

I am a live action and stop motion/frame film maker based in Cardiff, Wales. As well as being a film maker I am a model, prop and puppet maker with 19 years experience. I am also a stop motion/frame and 2D animator with an emphasis on the stop motion/frame.

The film makers that have influenced me over the years in varying degrees include Guillermo Del Toro, Luc Besson, Tim Burton, Henry Selick, The Bolex Brothers, Don Bluth, Hayao Miyazaki, Jan Svankmajer, Richard Williams, Barry Purves and Tsui Hark. More recently I have been inspired by Adam Elliots "Harvie Krumpet", Shane Ackers original version of "9" and Susie Templetons "Dog" and adaptation of Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf".
