you forgot to say something, when you say trin with heavy weight, u didnt mention to train with perfect form.

lets say a guy with do biceps curls with 25s with good form, but he can do 30s but its gonna be bad form, u better do 25s. you need to keep the good form when training with heavy weight.

ok guyz, u need to understand. ronnie is bigger than arnold thats true. yout cannot compare 1970s with 2000s. because ronnie weight much more than arnold. and dont forget, ronnie has endomorphic body and arnold is ectomorph and mesomorph.

guyz, this is a very good shoulder workout routine but this routine is for very advanced bodybuilders, if your beginner and u do this all in one day, believe me, your not gonna wake up the next day

@gamewizer12 this is perfect. 3 cardio/3 weighlifting a week. but make sure you eat enough after your cardio because if you dont refuel your body enough, your body might loose some muscle
