This is the official youtube account for The House Of Kenpo Karate School located in Comox Valley, Canada, representing the Tracy System of Kenpo Karate. However, all posts from this account are from Jon Woodhall, not sensei Roe.

The school is associated with S.A.W. (Submission Arts Wrestling), All-Japan Joint Technique Federation and has had seminars in the past from MMA legends Royce Gracie and Mike Martelle.

Eventhough we are a Kenpo school, we have branched out into other fighting styles like grappling and kickboxing because the martial arts world is growing and in order to expand our own knowledge and make the school more three dimensional, we have adopted extracurricular ways of fighting.

The House of Kenpo Karate specializes in:
techniques, punching drills, kicking drills, Submission Arts Wrestling, Kickboxing, private lessons & group classes, cardio & endurance training, practical application & conditioning training and tournament training in all fields.

this provides our students an outlook in the latest MMA training, while keeping Kenpo's evolutionary technique teachings. We have the ability to teach anything from kickboxing and grappling, to techniques and katas.

Tournament results:
competing in tournaments is optional, but if desired, there is a wide variety of karate tournaments available in the B.C. area. In the past the school has competed in all forms of Kata and Sparring divisions tallying up

2 national Grand Championship Trophies

52 Gold medals (2 of which were won at the World Martial Arts Open)

45 Silver

37 Bronze.
