Mainly acoustic artists - informal and relaxed gigs. Just 50 places maximum - no profit - just great music on'our' doorstep. 20 minutes from the centre of York - 2 hours from London or Edinburgh by fast train.

House ConcertsYork is not a music venue but non-profit making venture bringing talented artists to you in a unique environment. All the donation money is used to pay the performers and cover the small costs of running the event.

Suggested donations are generally £10, although if a very major artist drops by they may be a little more!

Once you have donated to the artist we will send you your personal invite to the party, often designed by the artist, together with full details and directions.

The concerts are held in a small rural village just east of York - and offer the chance to see some of the finest national and international artists in an informal + appreciative surroundings.
