@dithorsos well the flower died while the squash was still little and the tip of baby squash had turned brown up near the flower...so i clipped it off...what was wrong with it...? i hope my other ones dont do that.

just wondering...i had a little sprout that had a black rotted part near the flower and the flower was dried up. i got a few sprouts coming in...what am i doing wrong? i dont want to lose my harvest.

i have a summer squash(early prolific straightneck) thats actually just a little blossom but the flower has already shriveled up and looks dead...is that normal or is my squash in trouble?
