Hotstepper is a privately owned dance school located in Copenhagen - Denmark. It was founded in 2002 by Joel De Andrade and Karen Galsgaard. The school has its roots in the hip hop underground scene, but is now active in both the underground and commercial scene.

Hotstepper specializes in hip hop and urban dance styles. The school offers classes for children, teenagers and adults on several levels. All classes are taught by leading dancers from Denmark and abroad. Furthermore, Hotstepper also organises workshops, events, summer courses, and in September 2009 Hotstepper has launched the Hotstepper 1 year Hip Hop & Urban Dance Education.

We are dedicated to our students and work hard to always offer them the best. We believe in building up the students, and offer additional guidance and open doors where we can for those who want to take their dancing to the next level.

Hotstepper is dedicated to providing students access to "the real thing." We strive to promote hip hop culture and its positive values, and Hotstepper also serves as a gateway for members to gain insight and be active in the hip hop culture.
