(2) Contact your council members and ask them to support Intro 658 to ban this industry and oppose Intro 653 that will decrease oversight and remove ASPCA from protecting the horses.

Maybe instead of trying to punish the horses you should punish the stupid humans who cause the deaths. the 8 or 10 hours that the horses work is nothing. You should go out to a fed lot someday and watch the horses who are sorting cattle all day. 110 degrees or -30 those horses are out with a saddle on all day and there is nothing wrong with them. They enjoy it!!!!!!
