I was thinking about playing the whole sonata to help with the 3rd movement, which I'm playing for grade 8. But maybe not... Absolutely amazing!

Maybe Lang Lang can look a bit odd when he plays the piano, and I will say that he isn't my favourite pianist. But Lang Lang is stil ridiculously amazing, and has worked incredibly hard to get to his standard. Unless you can play better than him, then you have no right to critisize.

My horse would probably jump the spread at 2:18 in two parts, nice video!

Somebody please enlighten me on how he uses the pedals with those shoes!

I was happy when I managed to play it at half this speed (even though its supposed to be this fast)... I love the emotion in this rendition. Amazing!!!

Amazing! The orchestra version is one of my favourite pieces but even that doesn't live up to the harpsichord original. You've inspired me further to learn this piece as soon as I can once I finally manage to get harpsichord lessons.

Your fingers are slipping. It should be this fast, but not at the expense of the notes. There is an amazing professional recording of this piece, for anybody asking about tempo, which is a fair bit faster than this. So the ABRSM timing is being a bit generous. Then obviously there are the dynamic...

Tsk... playing with a watch on... Epic playing though! As its only you and no singer, maybe add a little bit of ornamentation or variety to the melody?

If you can play as well as Wilhelm Kempff, then maybe you can complain about a few small mistakes, but if not, it's the pot calling the kettle black. I think that his renditions of all three movements are amazing! If I can ever play them like him, I would be content to play nothing else.

One of the greatest pieces of music by any romantic composer, helped by the fact that we have 16 whole minutes to enjoy it! Thanks for the video, it really helped with my French project.

Very nice, except that it isn't quite fast enough and in a few places you seem to be rushing a little bit.

The trills are great, but you have to take into acount that this was Scarlatti, and was therefore written for harpsichord, meaning it should be non legato. In some places (for example the 3 descending notes after the ascending scale) you should try playing not necessarily stacato, but in between ...
