england never turn it on for any major tourny though,the media always whips the country into a frenzy and the players buckle,kinda like the world cup.might stick a 5r on or something but cant really see past spain.

You will have to read the terms and conditions on the Betfair site but basicaly it is a free bet. You bet with your own money and if you lose the bet, they will reimburse you the amount you lost. If you win the bet, then its all gravy.

Yes, I think he genuinely believes he's won though. He invites everyone as a friend who posts on an atheist video. He must spend hour trawling through them. Which is a wee bit obsessive.
