They did this on British TV show "James May's Man Lab", the two balloons reached 100,000 feet before they burst. They did it as a test between hydrogen and helium balloons, I think hydrogen won. Using a parachute and GPS they could easily find the cameras afterwards which were completely undamage...

@Adeel2k11 How about because it's in the highway code. If you're turning right at a roundabout you stay in the right hand lane so you don't block cars turning off sooner, simple.
