Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization committed to ensuring political and economic parity for Latinas through leadership, advocacy, and education to benefit all communities and the status of women.

HOPE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
A 9-month intensive statewide leadership program that trains professional Latinas in vital leadership and advocacy skills, empowering them to create fundamental change in their local communities.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP THROUGH LITERACY PROGRAM
A 6-month intensive youth program geared towards low-income high school aged Latinas that focuses on self-sufficiency through a good college education. This program builds the pipeline of future leaders.

LATINA HISTORY DAY
A Latina empowerment Conference that brings together a diverse group of women to celebrate the historic achievements of Latinas while providing professional development through workshops, speakers, and high-level networking opportunities.

LATINA ACTION DAY
A policy conference that brings together women from all regions of California to Sacramento to facilitate dialogue between Latina leaders and elected officials on public policy issues affecting Latina and all Californians.

HOPE.ACT.VOTE.
An innovative online advocacy center that aims to connect 1.6 million Latina registered voters with groundbreaking cutting edge information, message boards, and advocacy tools to advance legislation impacting Latinas in the areas of quality education, healthcare, and increased economic and civic empowerment. http://hopeactvote.latinas.org
