I was born with CF. My parents were told that I would no live longer than six month. I was eleven when eleven was the death mark; Fifteen when it was fifteen. By the time I was twenty-one, I was told by most I was past the age. I have heard that since.. I have been on my death bed more than once. Enzymes for digestion were not around until I was almost fifteen.  In 1996 I was in the hospital for seven monts ,being left for dead by two doctors... Anyway, the battle goes on for all of us. I have so much to say .. Feel free to call me anytime. I would be very interested to hear your story. 830-214-5088

Hi hopeandwork. I respect your opinion about the CFF. I'm not as educated about their practices as I would like to be, but from my experience they do want to try and find new treatments and someday a cure. They don't help someone with CF directly, ie. help us with some of the costs of treatment or give us any individual attention, which I think is wrong. And yes, they are good at making money. I am just curious, why do you care about the CFF, and perhaps you too have CF? Anyway...thanks for your input, and feel free to respond to my humble words.
