	If you read the NC Guardian Ad Litems' report, May 8, 2008 on Hope4KidZ web site, North Carolina has failed this child for 2 years. The NC GAL cites: lack of consistent participation in academics; needs speech and language therapy; needs a summer program for academic and social interactions; needs neuro- psychological testing. Josh has not had an education for TWO years! Protect Josh from what? NC claimed Josh had been abandoned! His father left him with a nurse with the INTENT to return. (2 days ago)

	North Carolina ordered to return Texas Child, Joshua Smith Parul Joshi is not finished. As any competent reporter, she gives both sides the opportunity to speak. Concerning the VA Memorandum: If VA had jurisdiction to rule on custody, how could NC have jurisdiction? NC did not have jurisdiction because the NC judge did not contact the NY judge, where an open and pending custody motion existed. In 2008, NY relinquished jurisdiction to Texas at the request of a Txas judge. The VA Memo. was an ore tenus, meaning by word of mouth. (1 week ago)

We (and I) am more focus in Fathers Rights (in Family Courts ) and Feminazis, but also, of course, in all the issues about Children. After all, we were all children, and in the end, as I said before, it seems a plan. First, they take the fathers rights in Family Courts, then, the mothers or couples rights in Social services ones . Perhaps just a pandora box open. I don't know, and I don't care. All must be fixed. Good mothers and good fathers must be united. And stop and fix all this crazy mess.

The Collins children were abused by their father and yet the Hennepin County Famiy Court (Minnesota) awarded him custody. Their mother, Holly Ann Collins, fled with them to protect them from further abuse. They were granted asylum in Europe.
