About Me:
 
My name is Hope. I sing, write songs, play guitar and piano. I grew up in a small New York town with big dreams to sing and make music. I started singing before I said words, performed in talent shows, school bands and church. I wrote my first song when I was about 13. In 2001 I moved to California. I started playing live shows on the boardwalk in Venice Beach and later 3rd street in Santa Monica. People from all over the world are there everyday. Soon my music was being played on a station in Paris and another in Kenya. Here in the America, PJ Butta a local radio station DJ began to play "The Rain Don't Last" on his late night show in LA and it bacame the #1most requested song! I unofficially released my first acoustic album on my own label, Sweet Lemon Media in 2004. My songs "Who Am I To Say" & "The Rain Don't Last" and "Bring Me flowers" were on a few known soundtracks and films. I guess word of mouth and a grass roots story are the biggest wings beneath me. I've toured with Seal, opened for James Blunt and written with American Idol's Kara dioguardi, recorded songs written by Diane Warren, Will.I Am from the Black Eyed Peas. Currently i'm finishing up my new album on Atlantic Records, in stores this summer! My mission statement has always been Love. I want the music I make to be a revival, a waterfall of colors. While working on my new album, I wanted to paint pictures with the music of things people feel good about, while saying everything I want to say. My Debut Album will be IN STORES THIS SUMMER 2010!
