I understand your point perfectly, but isnt an american just as unfree without the health policy as he is with it?
being free from a policy but enslaved to a corporate food machine determined to get rich off american sugar/fat consumption. there isn't really a way to get around this, to find a loophole to live normally and eat healthy around these companies, is there?
