Dancing the various forms of dance that I love! Feelin' the FLOW and expression that comes from amazing music, elevating my spirit and inspiring dance. I teach hoop and fire dance, and founded a company called Charmed Life Entertainment.
I run daily and am always down for a fun adventure. I eat a plant based diet, meaning Vegan, and I believe that to be an important part of making the world a better place. No animals are harmed in the making of my meals, and I find myself feeling healthier each day from this choice.
I look for perspective and wisdom in each challenge, and long to make the world a better place through the power of love and inspiration.
