i think narrower grip gives you better leverage for military press. I used to go wide because i bench pretty wide, but since ive switched to narrow its much more explosive.

I just thought it was interesting the worlds strongest man trains "squatting shallow." Also, it was not "far too high". It was pretty close to deep enough. Pause at his lowest point.

I really wonder how amazing Bach was on the keyboard. Remember he was famed for being a performer, not a composer...C.P.E. Bach himself said his father had two main compositional styles. He would either compose away from the keyboard using lots of theory and then try out the piece on the keyboard...
