im on oxygen 24/7 and im a wheel chair so loseing 100 lbs in 9 months is great i can now eat anything i want i have only gained weight 2 times because i ate carbs... i can now go without my oxygen for several hours and in the wheelchair 60% of the time... i had a heart attack last year before...
