About this user

The name is Eric Escobedo and I'm 17 years old. I'm a guitar player, singer, composer and songwriter from the Bay Area, starting off small but I'm going for gold. I like to make videos myself to just show the world what I got from my 7 years of experience. I used to be a huge metalhead a few years back (hence my username) but after awhile, I got alittle sick of it.. Now, I like to focus on genres like classic rock, hard rock, blues, punk, garage rock etc. I usually make a video of me playing a song that is recently stuck in my head. And sometimes they're not the genres I focus on, so I'll play pretty much whatever the hell I want on Youtube. Sometimes I like to add some comedy in my videos along with the music, just to get a good laugh from myself and to the viewers (hopefully).

I'm currently in a Hard Rock, Punk-Blues band named The Mutilations with my best friend, Jordan Macapagal (deadbrokefilms) on drums and my good friend, Antonio Villegas on bass.

If you recognize me, I'm one of the main actors and founders of Dead Broke Films with my friends Jordan Macapagal, Kyle Bryant, Josh Alarcon, Andre Porciuncula, Ryan Perea, and Christian Hunter-marin.
