I was born long after my old Clan was wiped out by dogs and twolegs, and was named so I would never forget the Clan my mother was born in, OpticalClan. My mother, Swiftwhisker, died of a bout of black cough, and my two remaining sisters, Sky and Poppy, and I, did our best to save her, but to no avail. Poppy and Sky left me after they had a fight over whether their old Clanmates in the stars were real or tales for kits. I sided with my ancestors and watched as my two sisters, the two cats I would die for, raced away from me. Since my mother's death and my sisters' departure, I've roamed around the forest, teaching myself to hunt and avoiding most contact with other cats.
