Holland Team Records

In January of 2007, a group of 5 friends started an unsigned indie label named DJ DMAC Productions, named after their producer, Don Perignon(DMAC). With just a dynamic mic, a makeshift vocal box and an old laptop, the music making began. Because DMAC was moving away, the group split 6 months later.

Fast forward 4 years later exactly, the group reformed in January of 2011 under the new name, Holland Team, given by J-Blaze. With maturity and better equipment, the music and lyrics quickly improved and on October 30, 2011, Holland Team released their first Demo.

The name, Holland Team, has a much deeper meaning, more so now, than when it was first brought up. Donald L Holland Sr., who passed away on June 15, 2011, bought the main piece of equipment that powers Holland Team, a Macbook Pro, something that was out of reach financially for the group.

Without him, Holland Team may have never been and with that they pay respect by being his team and giving 110% on everything they do.
