Thanks for posting - the song was written by Joey Brooks and arranged by Gene Page. I seemed to want to do harmony vocs with myself on many of my records, probably because I was such an Everly Brothers fan and enjoyed harmonizing with other singers. Thanks for the kind words. EH

Thanks for posting this - one of my favorites written by the great Al Kooper. The Rockin' Berries had a version of this one in the UK about the same time, not unusual for the 1960's. EH

Billy Elder also sang on the demo of this song. I think the arrangement was also done by Almer. I'm not sure Pleasure was actually a band - at least at that time.

Thanks for offering this great Tandyn Almer arrangement of a great Al Kooper song. It shows Tandyn's genuis for arranging (as on our "Sleepy Hollow People" and "Butterfly High" cuts that were released as Paper Fortress recordings). He still has not lost his touch.
