1) disconnect EVERY cable from PS3

2) Lower the temperature on your thermostat to 70 degrees F

3) Place PS3 wherever you want

4) Place a fan on the right side of the PS3

5) Turn the fan on.

It should be faster, but dude, I consider you to be lucky, actually. You get 1 MB/sec. I get 0.2 MB/sec. Nonetheless, Sony has completely failed when it comes to download speed. The speed that I listed above is WITH a wired connection in Orlando with AT&T. IT SUCKS!!!!!
