A major scientific investigation of the data regarding crime and race in the United States was published by the New Century Foundation in2006. [The Color of Crime: Race, Crime and Justice in America, Second
Expanded Edition, Oakton, VA.]
They found:
* Blacks are seven times more likely than Americans of other races to
commit murder.
* Blacks commit 85% of the violent inter-racial crimes in the United
States while whites commit 15% of the violent inter-racial crimes.
* Blacks commit more violent crimes against whites than whites commit
against blacks.
* Blacks are an estimated 39 times more likely to commit a violent
crime against a white person than a white person is likely to commit a
violent crime against a black person.
* Whereas groups of black raped individual white victims 10,000 times
between 2001 and 2003, the NCVS sample did not find a single case
where a group of whites raped a black victim.
