Movies:
My all-time favorites are The Cosby Show and Golden Girls, but funny show like Will and Grace and Sienfeld are cool. More classics are Good Times, Sanford and Son and The Jeffresons. ----------------------------------------------The Color Purple, Driving Miss Daisy, Cooley High (I know). Soul Food was good, and the rest of those black cookie cutter movies of the 90s.
Music:
I love music with meaning and with the ability to move me. If you can get into music like I'm Yours, Bubbly, New Soul, Gives you Hell, So High, then we can be soul mates. Of couse I love triditional gospel music -- it's my life blood.
Books:
I'm kinda embarrassed to say, but I rarely read books. Books put me to sleep. The books that get the most play in my house are my bathroom editions -- know what I mean?
