Welcome to HiddenValleyVeggies, where we're helping both parents and kids develop a life-long love of vegetables! While eating vegetables is an obvious necessity, Hidden Valley believes that the experience should also be an enjoyable one, and were working to help parents find ways to introduce and involve kids in a balanced eating experience, including vegetable education, gardening, meal planning, shopping, and cooking. Here at Hidden Valley, we feel that learning about veggies from plant to plate creates a family's lifelong love of veggies.
