In BETA PVP-zones (we don't know if this will be the case at the game launch), everyone get their dmg and hp boosted so everyone are ecual. The only thing that differs is that if you're higher lvl you have more abilities, though everyone have the same hp-pool, resistance and dmg-output.

@Oban2006 All of them, so long there are no really unbalanced class as in WoW when you had retridins, mages, DK, etc. So which class you choose to pick can kill a Jedi as easy as a Jedi can kill you, it all comes down to how you play and which class suits you best.
