Jesus is coming back to Earth again, just as He said. The return of Jesus Christ to set up His kingdom is a "blessed hope" for Christians. Those of us who have this hope within us "purify" ourselves, always putting Jesus and the Bible first, so that we will be ready for this return of Christ in His "Second Coming", as told in the Book of Revelation and other places in the Bible.
Those who have never been saved, who have never been washed in the blood of the Lamb, don't have this blessed hope. Instead, their hope is in this world, hoping to gain some fleeting pleasure in this life before it quickly passes away into Eternity.
The Christian knows that the "world passeth away". "This world is not our home" is the heart cry of the truly converted Christian. We love Jesus and the Bible and want to resist evil. We long to see Jesus and have His righteousness reign over the Earth.
It that your heart cry? Do you long for Christ's return or do you rather "want it all now"? This life of yours is very short. Eternity is very long. What you do with Christ now will determine where you will spend all of Eternity.
Why not trust Jesus to save you from your sins? Jesus is up in Heaven right now, waiting for you to trust Him. He will not turn you away if you will come to Him to have Him wash your sins in His blood.
If you will not come to Jesus, instead choosing to put it off, (so you can commit some more sin), then you will one day die without any covering for your sins before a Holy and Righteous God. You will be cast into Hell to spend Eternity there as punishment for your sins.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16).
