This is word for word from Arnold Patent's book "You can Have it All". Arnold teaches what he called "Universal Principles". Maybe Jack Canfield gives credit to Arnold Patent in his book? My copy of it says it was printed in 1984 and 1987. I believe there is a newer edition of it out now.
