@ TheDano 1947 All religions having a hell...i'm not entirely sure about that. I'll concede that there are sets of rule(s) in most (if not all) religions...to be expected..& i could understand a penalty for infractions against rules. Humanity expects that...you break a rule...you suffer the consequences. Ruling with fear....i can't speak for other religions as i don't know intricacies too well....Christianity...from what i do know said right off...Ive come to call you "friend" not "servant" ....we are to be friends with God...not his slaves/puppets/minions etc. "fear" is often a big issue.. & i know many use it with the intent to gain shock value & more-immediate results by its use...not a good path.
I don't think your statement is untrue but not fully true altogther either. Anyway...peace with you on your travels in this world Dano.
