About Me:
An active performer in the music scene of Puerto Rico, he had won more than eight prestigious awards (including becoming the first young in history to receive the Angel Mislán prize) and numerous eulogies from the National Press.
His compositions had been played in Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Guatemala, Mexico and United States and in 2008 he published his first book "Con los dedos entre hilos", including eight of his own compositions.
Recently, he has been selected to study a Master degree at Yale University with guitarist and composer Benjamin Verdery on a full scholarship. Previously, he completed a bachelor degree, summa cum laude, from the Music Conservatory of Puerto Rico and received masterclases from some of the world's leading guitarists -Roland Dyens, Dennis Azabagic, Berta Rojas, Jorge Morel, Eduardo Fernandez and many others-.
