My 2004 Liberty (3.7) made a noise although not as bad as this, however I took out the air filter and it was filthy. I replaced it with a K&N filter and it runs much better and does not make as much noise, the engine was starved for air...........good luck

My "04" does the same thing, oddly enough though, when I took out the "K&N' air filter and cleaned it good along with the small sponge filter in the air breather box, it did quiet it down a great deal. It ran alot better too, seemed like the engine was starved for air.

It's funny, when I was a teenager, songs like this one ( quality wise) were on the radio constantly, we took them for granted. I just have standard radio , no satelite connection in my car, which means I listen to my ipod and audio books. Take me back.........
