This is obviously for a movie or something becasue there is a cop car sitting across the street in front of the moving truck.... Watch how slowly it drives up to the "scene".

This is definitely not the drivers fault.... who ever owns this boat launch does shitty maintenance on their ramps. I have been around many boat launches and I have never seen one that has been let go that badly in terms of algae build up.
