About this user

HenriHenrietta (previously known as Antimacassar) happened upon each other by chance in the midst of an over-crowded cafe located in downtown Indianapolis. When they realized they had an equal amount of talent, both vocally and instrumentally, they thought it would be worth their time to try to combine their efforts. Lauren, vocalist and piano player, and Nathan, vocalist and guitarist, have played a variety of shows together over the past few months; from coffee shops to battles of the bands at larger venues in the Indianapolis area. While playing shows is very exciting for them, they've found it hard to promote their style of music locally. So, for the time being, the two are conspiring with fellow members Tyler (Lauren's cousin) and Matt, both vocalists, recording engineers, and outstanding musicians (previously known as The Priest and the Devil), to write new music and make plans for the future. HenriHenrietta won a free tour for the spring of 2008 by entering a song and video contest hosted by Dreamtime Publishing, and are very excited to travel the Midwest and promote themselves. They've also had the opportunity to work with producer, engineer, and songwriter Chris Beaven, who recorded all the songs you can find on the HenriHenrietta MySpace. HenriHenrietta isn't sure what the future holds for them, but hopefully with some promotion and help from their wonderful fans from around the U.S., they can reach their goals and share their music with many more people!
