My "Persuasion - Words I Couldn't Say" Vid is back up and running and I couldn't be happier. One month ago, UMG claimed copyright ownership to the Rascal Flatts song I used and Youtube had no choice but to pull the vid. UMG has since retracted their copyright claim and Youtube has restored my vid....yahoooo. Many, many hours went into creating that vid and I'm so happy its back...thanks UMG for retracting the claim.

On the other hand.....

WMG has claimed copyright ownership on another one of my videos. I used Faith Hills "Lost" song and mixed the lead characters of 2 separate movies into one video. It was one the hardest things I had ever attempted and hours and hours of video editing went into it. I will not be using any more of Faith's music in my videos.....its just not worth the disappointment of seeing the videos removed. Let that be a lesson to all the vidders out there.....don't use Faith Hills music.
