What they should have purchased to replace their old classic blimps is a new classic blimp like the Skyship 600L (AMS) or even the AT12 from Hybrid Air Vehicles, as both will be much cheaper to buy, operate and train crew for.

Lockheed Martin are pretty much out of the airship game, as first they loose the US Army LEMV contract to Hybrid Air Vehicles and then their Hale D high altitude airship crashes and burns on its very first flight.
