@gasfr The thing I always say is, "If you maintain excellent form through a max, its not your one rep max". She did just fine, and I am a power lifter and I just started xfit and I'll tell you what, its more intense than any power lifting routine I've seen.

@3volv I dont think its 45's. I think they are 25's bumper plates. Look at the bars reaction when she unracks and at the bottom and top of the lift. It bounces a little but with her body, it doesnt bend. Its almost unphased, but Idk its a tough one to tell. I dont doubt her though.

lol thats when you carry around a 5/16 x 5 1/2" bolt, 1/2" extended socket wrench, allen wrenches, and a full stock when you go shooting. Then you just swap out the grip for the stock. Takes 3min
