I'm a proudly gay man non-military and I think this is awful. I would never do this to my parent/s this way or anyone I loved. How embarrassing, couldn't even imagine how his Dad and family must feel when they realized or saw it made CNN yesterday. Gay or straight this was a bad choice.

@burtoncaly It's an exaggeration(excuse me) don't get your knickers in a knot. Pehaps, FRENCHBLOODFTW should quit being outrageously arrogant, it's the blight of the French people. South Africa has a strong developing economy, even after being shut out of the world for 30 years. I hate negativity...

NYC doesn not have 19.5 million people, you wouldn't even be able to walk in the streets with that many people. this person is just giving stats for the entire metropolis area that surrounds the city mentioned. Manhattan only has 1.6 million the other 4 buroughs make up the remainder of the total...

@crashmaste2 Biggest and most populous are quite different. For example. where NYC may have roughly 8 million residents it's actually almost 4 times smaller than Johannesburg, South African which has roughly 6.5 million.

@LabeerehnGbanna I don't know where you got the info that Lagos is the biggest Metropolis in Africa, when it's only half the size of the city Johannesburg, South Africa, which happens to be the only Megalopolis on the African Continent. Cairo is probably second to Johannesburg and Cape Town isn't...

@Moraud5386 Johannesburg is bigger than all of those that you've mentioned. it's not a vertical city of tall densely positioned buildings, it's a city that spreads out, similar to LA but way bigger. This city is Impressive and it has so many trees if you're actually viewing it at ground value.
