The only difference between a Monarch and Dictator is that Monarch has a crown.

Good dictator must be investing most of his money into the country.
Eg. Polish president gets minimum 20 zl a month and he's got free house,electricity, gas, water , transport anf groceries. He also has his own cooker for free.
He doesn't really need all of those money. He can buy himself all of his metarialistic goods at the first few months.
Then he can spend the money on : weapons for the country, build houses for poor people etc.
I would be like that.

What makes a good dictator:
If I could be a dictator. primeminister or democrative president.
I would do the best for my country.
I'm Polish. My country is Poland. Me and loads of other people emigrated to GB, Germany, Norway or Sweden because there's not loads of working places. Firstly I would build thousands of factories .
