Shane Heal started with a successful sports career and he took that drive with him into business. Heal Group started with property investment and launched into the retail food business 6 years ago when Shane opened his first Subway Store in Sydney. This followed by additional Subway Stores and after moving to the Gold Coast Shane opened a local office , became a franchisee of Eagle Boys Pizza, Noodle Box, Zarraffas Coffee and Urban Burger. Shane has opened 16 food retail businesses over the past 6 years.
During this time Shane has also invested in commercial property development, redevelopment of retail property, commercial property single and multiple shop sites. The office that started with 1 employee is now 9. Heal Group employs 155+ staff across its businesses with the majority in Queensland.
